MattCost - mattress manufacturing costing program

MattCost is the most sophisticated, yet easy to use, mattress costing program available.

Here are just a few of the advanced features:

Any Mattress size can be defined in the size file.
Any valid box size can be used to define a set, such as Queen/Queen, Queen/Split Queen.
Non size-dependent raw materials are automatically scaled to the correct size.
Estimate reports can be emailed to anyone, and estimate and database files can be emailed to other MattCost users.
Enter RM% and calculated sell price will be computed, or enter sell price and RM% will be computed.
Display estimate as a pie chart.
Copy estimate results to the clipboard for inclusion in a spreadsheet or word processing program.

This is the estimate spreadsheet. Notice that the columns are completely configurable for different matt/box combinations. The item type in the left-most column can also be modified for each estimate. Templates can be set up for different types of estimates.

Raw Materials are easily maintained. They can be either Size Dependent, such as Units and Pads, or Scaleable raw materials, such as Tick, Hog Rings, etc.

Once the estimate is complete, click on Totals. Then you can play ‘What If’. MattCost will calculate Sell Price based on a Desired Cost%, and it will also calculate a Cost % based on a Desired Sell Price.

System Requirements

Windows ME, 2000, or XP, 128 meg main memory, are the minimum requirements to successfully run MattCost. Older systems with fewer resources may work, but performance may not be adequate.

License and Pricing

MattCost is licensed separately for each computer. The introductory price is $695. Software based security is used to enforce the license, and MattCost will be locked to a single computer. Please note that MattCost will not be registered on another computer until an unlock confirmation code is emailed to us.

Support

MattCost comes with 90 days of email support and updates. One full year of email support and updates costs an additional $195. Telephone support is available on a contract basis or per incident. Contact us for details.

Click on the link below to download the latest version of MattCost. After the download is complete, click ‘Open’ to install. MattCost will run for 60 days on a trial basis. Before installation, you should read the license agreement that is displayed because you must agree to its terms and conditions. To register MattCost, click on the ‘Register’ button on the startup screen. A code will be displayed and will also be transferred to your clipboard.

Send an email to mitchsf@coresolutionsgroup.com. In the body of the message, click Edit, then Paste. Be sure to include your name, company name, address, and phone number. After receipt of payment, a code will be emailed to you. Press the ‘Register’ button again, then paste this code into the form. MattCost will be permanently registered.
